Role and Responsibilities
Team Members must demonstrate the core skills which include understanding Company safety policies, housekeeping standards, statistical process control, following verbal and written instructions, knowing the product line and manufacturing standards and the essential duties for assigned work station.
Compensation: $25.12-$30.77, depending of level of experience
Job Location: Little Rock, AR

Position:
Employee has shown leadership, maintained an excellent attendance and Safety record, work ethic, & attitude. Employee demonstrates good communication and teaching skills and can interact with contractors, management, and fellow workers. Employee has demonstrated competence in the core skills and the essential duties of three maintenance crafts: Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics.
Essential Duties:
- Direct Maintenance activities in absence of supervision.
- Assist in employee training.
- Assist in Inventory & spare part specifications
- Assist with routine preventative maintenance planning and PM’s
- Ability to assist with major maintenance and capital projects planning, design & implementation,
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic (PLC) problems.
- Fabrication & installation of systems
Requirements
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Maintain housekeeping.
- Follow all safety policies.
- Follow all applicable SOPs and checklists.
- Follow all directives given by a supervisor.
- Demonstrate the ability to diagnose and solve maintenance craft problems.
- Coordinate work activities with fellow employees.
- Work overtime as required.
- Employees will comply with ALL environmental laws, regulations related to air, water, and waste.
- Employees will manage waste, participate in recycling activities, storm water pollution prevention and spill prevention
