As an Ambulatory Services Representative at Children’s Health, you will play an important part in helping children get the care they need.
As a warm, caring person who welcomes patients and their families when they arrive, you’ll put patients and their families at ease and set the tone for the rest of their visit. Your responsibilities will include checking patients in/out, scheduling any follow up appointments, obtaining demographic information to determine in/out of network services along with authorizations for admissions and collecting of copay amounts. You will conduct financial screenings to determine if a patient is in need of financial counseling and resolve any additional issues that may arise.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the CHMG Urology Plano Department at Children's Health- Plano. (Start time hours can be discussed during interviews)
Hourly Pay is $20.00
