What We'll Bring:
Responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to marketing campaigns, public relations efforts and other communication strategies. This role involves monitoring social media and other digital channels, and providing recommendations for improving marketing communications efforts.What You'll Bring:
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Communications Analyst and Director of Content Strategy, develop strategies for reaching target audiences, creating effective messaging and measuring the success of various campaigns.
This may also involve creating dashboards and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Impact You'll Make:
- Write, update and publish blog posts for media properties.
- Assist in copywriting and content development for social media, webinars, internal and external newsletters and content marketing materials
- Create graphics, videos and GIFS where necessary, utilizing the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Assist in SEO-focused activities including keyword tracking, linking and creating anchor text, alt-text, and meta description
- Organize and distribute customer feedback to appropriate internal teams, escalating as necessary
- Assost in monitoring social engagement, support marketing team with dashboard and progress tracking
- monitor all social networks for messages and comments and respond/escalate when appropriate
- Monitor for new industry reports and collect industry statistics
