Apparel heat press operator - Light duty (Full Time)
Experience preferred, but willing to train.
Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday - Friday (Flexible)
Native Outfitters, a recognized world leader in heat-applied graphics, is looking for a light duty Heat Press Operator for our West Palm Beach facility. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, goal orientated, great work ethics, attention to details, organized, responsible & accountable. Communicating effectively with staff and management to ensure goals are met is essential.

Expectations
- Detail-oriented with an eye for color
- Regular/Reliable attendance and occasional overtime
- Reliable transportation (or live local to 95 & Okeechobee Blvd.)
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Previous Printing experience a plus
- Excellent organizations skills
Responsibilities
- Follows directions: written, verbal and pictures
- Quality Control per SOP
- Boxing products neatly and professionally & according SOP
- Operating dual platen heat transfer press
- Setting up / maintaining equipment
- Performing quality control – last eyes on the product before it goes out the door!!
- Completing daily, weekly & monthly tasks and goals
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to occasionally lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work as a team

Competitive hourly compensation $13.00 – with up to two consecutive $1/Hr. increases - 90 & 180-day pay increase and review.
