Raleigh Cleaning Company is Hiring a Professional Quality Control Manager!

The Quality Control Manager is in charge of overseeing the training and quality control processes of our cleaning professionals. The QC Manager is responsible for the entire training process- both training our trainers and working with the scheduling manager to assign new trainees to their trainer. Successfully Implementing and managing our award winning training program is a top priority at Raleigh Cleaning Company, as it sets the foundation for our future. Responsibilities also include following our daily Quality Control schedule to ensure our best foot is always put forward along with providing on the job support and coaching as needed.

QC Manager Pay & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $20 - $25 an hr

QC Manager Requirements:

• Likes to Manage people and problems
• Willing to teach others to perform at a high level
• Likes making customers and employees happy - Professional and positive attitude
• Sharp eye for small details
• Monday through Friday with availability between 8:00 - 5:00
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs as needed
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a clean driving record and submit to Criminal Background Checks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
