- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare preferred
- 2+ years of experience in business development in Senior Living sales and/or outreach, long-term care, hospice, home health, hospital liaison or senior care marketing.
- Prior experience or knowledge of service-oriented healthcare groups.
- Excellent skills in communication, organization, and relationship building.
- Aptitude for sales, business development, marketing and collaboration amongst a diverse group of teams.
- Develop an increase community referrals and move-ins for 5 communities in the Seattle market.
- Establish and expand relationships with local hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, clinics, and other referral sources including caregivers, Nurse Practitioners, Home Health Aides, LPNs, and RNs
- Proactively seeking out potential residents.
