- Promote a culture of safe and secure distribution centers.
- Champion a culture of integrity, trust and support.
- Attract, develop and retain high performing leadership teams.
- Train, model and coach distribution center teams on Loss Prevention and Safety programs
- Collaborate with partners and lead through teams to minimize loss and reduce risk in distribution centers.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Loss Prevention industry and practices.
- Validate distribution center execution of Loss Prevention programs and partner to resolve opportunities.
- Subject matter expert in company policies and operational processes and their impact on the business.
- Build and develop effective partnerships with internal and external customers.
- Achieve distribution center production goals.
- Detect, investigate and resolve internal and external fraudulent activity and inaccuracies.
- Support internal customer needs with a sense of urgency.

Experience
The anticipated salary range for this position is $81,700 - $122,500 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term, and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 184 hours per year, which includes 64 hours of Floating Holidays, and paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law. The Company observes two (2) Company paid holidays.
Experience
- Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in Loss Prevention and Distribution
- Bachelors/Associates Degree preferred or High School graduate/equivalent.
- Wicklander-Zulawski interviewing certification preferred.
- Able to work in an industrial environment that requires standing and walking for an entire shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, overnight shifts and weekends as necessary to meet the needs of the business.
- Some travel is required. Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.
