This is a full-time position, 40+ hours a week, and most of our Area Managers earn between $80K-$90K annually, inclusive of bonus potential! The position is highly sales-driven, and you control your earnings.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interview, onboard, retain and develop a team of Center Managers that achieve excellence in all areas of measured performance to meet or exceed company business objectives and drive business through effective scheduling and payroll management.
  • Coach and develop Center Managers through effective and regular center visits and meetings. Ensure consistent execution of operational best practices and standards are upheld consistently across all stores in the region.
  • Tailor and conduct sales and management training meetings and events in partnership with the Training and Development team as required by the needs of the business and the influence of company leadership.
  • Consistently reinforce a culture of positive reinforcement for Center Managers and their teams.
  • Follow WCP policies and procedures and always provide an exceptional associate and guest experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3 to 5 years of retail management experience, with at least 1 to 3 years managing multiple units.
  • Ability to drive to all Centers in your assigned market area.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving selling and operational excellence by hiring, leading, retaining, motivating, and developing influential Leaders.
  • Highly resourceful, flexible, and able to solve problems in a timely manner.
  • Has a deep caring for people and treats everyone with dignity and respect with the highest ethics and integrity.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.·
  • Strong knowledge of the business landscape and ability to translate findings to impact the business positively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team that drives results.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple business priorities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms at all levels, especially when communicating from a distance.
  • Successful track record in talent recruitment, selection, development, and promotion.
  • Proven ability to create an open and positive work environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and an obsession with creating the perfect associate and guest experience.
  • Ability to monitor, analyze, and report on business trends across all centers within the region to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated successes in developing and implementing plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals within the region for all Key Performance Indicators, including sales, payroll, expense control, and center contribution.
  • Monitor and guide optimal staffing levels at the Center level.
  • Conduct quarterly physical evaluations to ensure all Wax Center Partner centers comply with company standards.
  • Monitor all guest feedback and ensure the Center Management team takes appropriate action.
  • Regularly review abridged P&L to meet company objectives.
  • Manage and maintain Center inventory through procurement best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits for all appropriate systems to validate proper use.

Pay: $80000 - $90000 / year
