Area Supervisor Job at Modern Maintenance, Inc.
Since 1978, Modern Maintenance has provided commercial janitorial and facility management services to a wide range of companies across the United States.
We are looking for a Area Supervisor to oversee multiple accounts in the surronding Springfield area. There will be some travel involved.
The responsibilities of a Area Supervisor include:
- Oversight of multiple facilities including occasional travel between locations
- Management of on-site janitorial staff
- Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Planning and preparing work schedules
- Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
- Maintaining accurate records
- Working with Modern Maintenance Management to ensure quality standards are met
- Other job duties as needed
Some janitorial management experience is preferred, and we will train you to succeed.
