Assistant VP of Addiction Treatment Job at Northeast Treatment Centers Inc.
Senior Leadership is responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operations of multiple levels of care, personnel management (clinical, direct care and administrative), financial management, billing activities, quality improvement activities, training, and input on strategic planning with the Executive Management Team. This individual is responsible for providing high level decision-making in order to manage daily functions and work toward continuous improvement in a team environment.
A Master's Degree from an accredited college with a focus in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, public administration, or other related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year Executive leadership experience
- 5 years of experience in a human service agency managing multiple levels of care, departments and/or service.
- Must have intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- DE Criminal Background Check within one (1) year
- DE Child Abuse Clearance within one (1) Year
- FBI Clearance within one (1) Year
- PA Criminal Background Check within one (1) year
- PA Criminal Clearance within one (1) year
- Health Assessment required
- TB Test required
- PA (ACT 31) Mandated Child Abuse Certificate required
- Adult and Pediatric CPR Certification Required
