Associate Director, PMX Lift Job at Publicis Media
Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) launched a new Advanced TV (ATV) practice. This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel video planning, execution, and measurement. The offerings within PMX Lift includes products around Addressable TV, Data-Driven Linear (DDL), and Over-The-Top (OTT) video.
PMX Lift is dedicated to supporting the sales/growth/demand of the PMX Lift product. To accommodate the increased demand and successfully launch campaigns, the PMX Central Activation team has added a new arm dedicated specifically to PMX Lift and servicing our agencies via activating ATV campaigns on their behalf.
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated VP of Client Enablement to join the growing team and help drive all aspects of executing PMX Lift adoption. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, evolving ATV landscape, this role offers high visibility with PM agency leadership and executives, the chance to work across a variety of client brands/verticals and the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts.
Responsibilities
- Able to deliver key client overviews and onboardings, with a view to growing Lift adoption among the PM client based
- Interpretation of client briefs – helping ensure flawless planning of campaigns rooted in key client understanding
- Ability to provide quant feedback into Epsilon product teams, that informs data integrations and product development
- A key client facing role, candidate will have deep knowledge of landscape and comfortable explaining the role of advanced video
- Supports integration of Lift into wider business - Growth/New Biz, Tools, etc
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience within an agency or media company, including client facing responsibilities
- Direct report management experience
- Strong background in Advanced TV, including Addressable TV, DDL, and/or OTT
- Experience preferred with Advanced TV platforms (examples including Ampersand, Dish, Warner/Xandr, Amobee, OpenAP, NBCU AdSmart, Viacom Vantage, Discovery Engage, Vizio, Samsung, Roku, etc.)
- Experience with process building/workflow documentation
- Excellent relationship building and decision-making skills with ability to think creatively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
