Job Overview:

The Associate Director, US Multiple Myeloma Peer to Peer Marketing will play a critical role in the implementation of marketing strategy for SARCLISA (isatuximab) in multiple myeloma, reporting to the Head of Sarclisa Peer to Peer Marketing. This individual will lead key activities for the team including KOL engagement, speaker’s bureau, hematology/oncology congress strategy, and advisory boards. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including thought leader liaisons (TLLs), medical, market access, regulatory, legal, analytics, sales, and external partners to help gather insights and increase advocacy for Sarclisa. This role is based in Cambridge, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sarclisa presence at key regional and national Hematology and Oncology conferences including sponsorship submission, booth design/build, registration and onsite logistics

    • Set and execute strategy for KOL engagement plan for major meetings (ASCO, IMS, ASH)

    • Support planning and coordination of KOL engagements with Sanofi colleagues and executive leadership during medical conferences; ensure collaboration with all relevant functions for a seamless experience for the HCPs

    • Demonstrates deep understanding of the multiple myeloma treatment journey and competitive landscape; capable of leading and engaging in scientific discussions with physicians and other key customers

  • Lead the strategy and execution of advisory boards with KOLs, community oncologists, and other key stakeholders (nurses/APPs, pharmacists)

  • Deliver compliant execution of peer-to-peer speaker programs to provide education to HCPs on Sarclisa, including monthly reporting of metrics budget

  • Develop innovative and/or new content for speaker’s bureau

  • Responsible for appropriate medical, legal, regulatory (MLR) review submission and approval process for this role's deliverables, working closely with agency

  • Develop Peer to Peer launch plan for new indications and /or data updates

Basic Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3-5 years in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry

  • Experience managing external vendors and effective budget management

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and effectively influence, collaborate, and communicate with internal and external partners

  • Strong track record of project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize

  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written skills and the ability to interact professionally representing Sanofi

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate customer needs (internal and/or external)

  • Experience with the pharmaceutical promotional review/approval process

  • Detail-oriented self-starter capable of owning initiatives from beginning to end

  • Work from Cambridge, MA Sanofi headquarters 2-3 days per week based on business need

  • Willing to travel ~20% of the time for congresses, advisory boards, speaker training as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s degree

  • Hematology and/or Oncology experience

  • Launch experience

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and demonstrated financial, communication, and presentation skills
