Associate Project Manager
SUMMARY
Reporting to the GVP, Client Success, the Associate Project Manager provides assistance in a wide range of assigned projects, including coordination of meetings, gathering and analyzing data, assisting in the planning, implementation, and schedule management of critical project plans, and various other responsibilities as needed.

The pay for this position has a salary range of $66,500.00 to $127,600.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.

Associate Project Manager
SUMMARY
Reporting to the GVP, Client Success, the Associate Project Manager provides assistance in a wide range of assigned projects, including coordination of meetings, gathering and analyzing data, assisting in the planning, implementation, and schedule management of critical project plans, and various other responsibilities as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Work closely with GVP of Client Success on key initiatives, project plans, and needed presentations (annual and quarterly strategic plans and budget/forecast presentations).
- Responsible for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prepare, distribute and track specific departmental projects and reports as required for executive management and sales teams.
- Coordinate and plan sales leadership meetings, including agenda planning and content development as needed, invitations, virtual delivery platform/execution (and in person if applicable in the future).
- Exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Gather and analyze information skillfully and maintain confidentiality.
- Work with executive leadership and other functional departments such as Finance, Marketing and Human Resources, on a broad range of projects, which may include expense data, budgeting, analysis, and cost estimates.
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, be detail-oriented and work well independently and in groups.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint (including design), and Excel.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, experience working under deadlines, and strong understanding of project management from start to finish.
- Must have demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
- Knowledge of Advertising Sales, Media, and Marketing a plus.
