Atlassian Administrator
You will work hand in hand with IT product owners, vendors, business partners, and BA/PMOs as an Atlassian Administrator. You’ll work closely with teams to mature their processes and recommend tools and best practices to help align the organization.
This role is a Remote or Hybrid position.
- Interact directly with project leads / product owners to identify areas of opportunity in current workflows / project setup
- Design solutions which are scalable and simple to avoid maintenance
- Keeping Confluence documentation up to date regarding setup / administration of Atlassian products
- Understanding of Jira, Confluence, Access, Bitbucket, JSM, and plugins; how they integrate and best practices
- Help design the intake process for JSM and integrating with current projects
- Building of dashboards / reports as needed to help drive business decisions
- Assist with training or other duties as needed related to Atlassian products
Essential Functions
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions schemes to projects
- Integrate various services internal and external to the enterprise
- Create and provide support for JIRA projects, queries, and reports
- Manage and update software and licenses
- Research and implement Atlassian best practices
- Contribute in discussions regarding security, privacy, and governance within our Atlassian suite
- Act as the SME for JIRA-related projects and assess/implement new capabilities as needed throughout the organization
- Provide day-to-day operational support activities as well as strategic planning initiatives involving a multitude of Atlassian products
- Ability to write custom JQL
Qualifications And Experience
- Atlassian Cloud Administrator Certified and experienced power user within Atlassian products and integrations with other applications
- In depth knowledge of Atlassian cloud suite and experience with integrations and plugins
- Ability to translate business needs into usable projects / processes
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and the Lazydays SDLC
- Outstanding written, verbal communication and collaboration skills with good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, along with solid attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while operating within an Agile/Scrum framework
- Experience as a Jira Administrator with experience managing complex projects, workflows, custom configurations, screen schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes and automations
- Must understand configuration and administration of Jira Service Management - know modules, how they work, how they’re used , principals inside them like queues and sla's, etc.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
