We are looking for experienced automotive technicians for both European and Domestic/Asian repairs capable of addressing customer concerns, performing thorough vehicle and maintenance inspections, accurate diagnostics, quality repairs and service.

At Silverdale Autoworks you'll be working in a well-organized brand new 10 bay facility purpose built for automotive service. Silverdale Autoworks PROVIDES all the best equipment, specialty and diagnostic tools available to do your job. You'll work with Professional Service Advisors that can sell what's needed including diagnostic/testing time with a 68% close ratio, numerus technical resources, a great support staff and proper systems designed for efficiency to keep you productive every day. You will be busy year-round and have a fully stocked parts room to keep you productive all day. You'll work on mostly late-model vehicles (avg. age 2013) with 50% Euro, 25% each of Asian & Domestic. Each Technician is provided with workstations equipped with a large toolbox w/overhead hutch, a computer w/24" monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse, tablet and phone w/wireless headset for tech support calls. "A" Technicians do not get abused here, we properly sell Diagnostic/Testing time and if you diagnose or inspect it, you get to fix it. We don't give all the gravy to the "B or C" techs.

We believe training is just as important to a great attitude, so we provide a big comfortable training room, provide paid, year-round training (technical and personal). We want your input and have weekly huddles and monthly Technician and Service Advisor meetings. • 10 heated and clean bays with 10 lifts (7 Rotary in grounds, 2 two posts, Hunter fully automated flush mount alignment lift, Hawkeye Elite aligner W/ADAS)
• Hunter Auto 34 tire changer and Road Force Elite balancer.
• Overhead Oil/Air reels and electric bay doors.
• We supply all the Specialty Tools and Equipment you need to do your job accurately and efficiently!
• 3-Autologic, 3-Pico scopes, ATS E-Scope w/in cylinder compression, and noise/vibration add-ons.
• Numerus aftermarket scan tools and OE subscriptions and more!
• We provide the Techs toolboxes and any special tools/equipment needed.
• Live Tech Support sites when you need them.
• Service Advisors that can sell what you find (usually within 30 min)
• Paid Training and ASE Testing
• Each Tech has their own Computer, Wireless Headset and Phone at their workstation
• No shop politics or favoritism
