We are looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of automotive systems, including brakes, engines, transmissions, and electrical systems. The successful candidate will have the ability to diagnose and repair vehicles in a timely manner, while providing excellent customer service. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as a strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Perform repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including Hybrids.
Assess and troubleshoot faulty electrical or mechanical systems, replacing parts as necessary.Install, repair or remove drive trains and engine parts.Inspect and test all components of powertrain and braking systems, suspension and steering systems.Diagnose and repair malfunctions in fuel systems.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems such as engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
- Test parts and systems to ensure they are working properly.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify problems and determine the best solutions.
- Keep records of all work performed on vehicles.
- Explain repairs to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
