AVP/Area Manager Job at Northway Bank
Office location within our branch network is flexible and is dependent on the successful candidate.
The AVP Area Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management and efficient daily operation of the assigned footprint. (anywhere from 2-11 branches) This includes all oversight of employee engagement, customer experience, operations/efficiencies and branch profitability for each branch assigned.
The AVP Area Manager will demonstrate Northway’s fundamental values and exhibit a positive commitment to the company’s objectives. May be required to work weekends and/or extended hours and regular, reliable attendance is critical.
