Job Summary
Provide the Members / Guests with an exceptional service while adhering to their specific event details
Job Description
Arrives and checks the Banquet Event order and then the Banquet Plan for their assigned event
Sets up side station and performs assigned pre-and post-side work
Performs any setup for the event that might need completing before the start of the event
Serving and maintaining food for buffets and carving stations
Presetting and serving Members / Guests drinks and plated meals
Assisting Members / Guests with special requests and directions to event spaces
Cleaning and resetting of the Ballroom or Front Private / Board room for the next event
Advises MOD of any member/guest complaints as they occur
Assists in closing functions as assigned by the MOD via the Banquet Plan
Attends required staff meetings
Reports to
Front of House Manager / Banquet Manager / Events Coordinator
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Must be able to bend, squat, stand and walk for long periods of time
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
