HIRING IMMEDIATELY -Well-established Soho favorite Osteria Morini, from famed, award winning hospitality group (highly-acclaimed Marea, Ai Fiori) is looking for a fun-loving, energetic, and passionate service / bar manager to join the team.

Osteria Morini is a beloved brand with 5 locations (NYC, Long Island, DC, Miami Beach, and New Jersey) and offers employees the opportunity to work with quality Italian cuisine & wine/spirits, a respectful, safe, professional work environment, and a management team uniquely invested in the growth and success of all team members.

Responsibilities include:

- Actively engage in service and lead with a hands-on approach

- Take the lead in growing liquor/beverage sales in the restaurant

- Works as part of the management team to train and cultivate service staff, and also involved in hiring and other administrative management tasks.

- Demonstrate an emphasis on driving business while improving quality and guest retention

- Responsible for maintaining and taking beverage inventories

- Under Corporate Beverage Director’s guidance, maintain and order all liquor and beverage for the property

Requirements:

- Strong background in hospitality and knowledge of service standards

- Strong knowledge of wine and spirits with food pairing

- Candidates should be highly organized, efficient, and be able to work precisely

- Ability to multitask and plan ahead

- Ability to train and encourage the restaurant staff

- Candidates should demonstrate creativity and a commitment to the brand success

- Must have flexible schedule and open availability to meet business needs
