Java Love Coffee Roasting Co. is an artisan coffee roasting company with the mission of quality coffee done right and a passion to create & connect with our communities. Java Love’s flagship shop opened in the Catskills of New York in 2011 where we made it our mission to lovingly roast the highest quality green coffee beans in small batches, and committed to Coffee with Integrity, which means we focus on taking as little & giving as much as possible. Continuing our journey, we are thrilled to be opening our new state of the art roastery in Suffern, NY. We are also focused on creating opportunities through mindful support of local & global communities, and source only Organic, Sustainably Farmed, Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance & Water Processed green coffee beans, produced with respect for the environment and farmers.
We are seeking passionate, hard-working team members who excel at customer service and love working with the public and as a team.
Duties & Qualifications include operating and maintaining equipment and workstation while preparing espresso, espresso drinks, brewed coffee, cold brew, specialty tea, and blended drinks by following company recipes and preparation techniques. Must be dedicated to greeting customers with a friendly and outgoing attitude with the goal of giving customers a positive experience. We are looking for team members who are self motivated and results driven, have excellent time management skills and are willing to go the extra mile. Please note that weekend and holiday availability is a must.
