We are looking for outstanding, upbeat bartenders for our new Organic upscale dining restaurant in North Scottsdale. Seeking full-time and part-time employees that are looking for a cool, hip, new concept and to become part of our family. We are looking for great attitudes that are willing to learn.
Responsibilities:

- Bar setup or breakdown depending on shift.
- Full knowledge of our beverage and cuisine menus.
- Full knowledge of our spirit, wine, and beer lists.
- Maintaining a clean bar environment.
- Doing bar dishes.
- Completing bar prep including garnishes, syrups, and batches.
- Creating drinks for guests at the bar top and bar tables as well as for the servers in the dining room.
- Accuracy when it comes to measurements.
Requirements:
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with the rest of the service staff.
- Ability to own tasks and execute without supervision.
- Ability to move quickly and quietly through the dining room without disrupting guest service.
- Knowledge of bartending techniques.
- Knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers.
- Ability to multi-task (interacting with guests while making drinks).
