As the All Virgin Hair Beauty Consultant you will support the management team in all activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrating an unsurpassed service culture. You will perform with high integrity in operation, loss prevention compliance, human resources management, as well as in visual merchandising presentation. You will be a dynamic and inspiring leader who has a strong background in relationship building skills, with both external and internal clients. As the Beauty Consultant you will represent the brand as an All Virgin Hair Ambassador by promoting the values and ambitions of the brand within your store.
Job Description
- Verify customer purchases with the cashier at checkout.
- Maintain store's atmosphere.
- Count inventory accurately Daily.
- Ability to accurately and effectively count.
- Light housekeeping.
- Meet the goals set by the company.
- Support management in resolving customer complaints.
- Completing weekly follow up ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the growth of sales by providing innovative and creative ideas.
- Give feedback to higher management about the product.
- Must follow store procedures and be responsible for ensuring merchandise is displayed in an organized and appealing manner.
- Greet customers with a friendly smile.
- Have a positive attitude while at work.
- Show genuine interest in each customer that they assist.
- Assist customers with hair extension selection as well as giving maintenance instructions. Give the individual an honest and correct feedback.
- Arrive at work daily meeting Make-up, Dress and Hair code standards
- Marketing at promotional events and working with the marketing department regarding content and interest about All Virgin Hair
