Behavioral Health Navigator - Bachelor's or Master's Level - LSW/LAC Job at CPC Behavioral Healthcare
About Our Role
CPC is currently seeking both a Behavioral Health Navigator I and Behavioral Health Navigator II. The Behavioral Health Navigator (BHN) provides crisis intervention and de-escalation services to clients and families. The BHN will review cases with supervisor, assess appropriate treatment and case management interventions and coordinate care. The BHN will complete agency required paperwork in a timely fashion as well as maintain updated records on all clients assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Behavioral Health Navigator I:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, or healthcare related field; minimum three (3) years' experience providing treatment services to children or adults.
Behavioral Health Navigator II: LSW or LAC with Master's degree in human services oriented field; one (1) year of experience providing treatment services to children or adults.
Preferred Requirement: LSW or LAC with Master's degree in human services oriented field; three (3) years of experience providing treatment services to children or adults
Annual Salary $55,000
