Summary

This position is responsible for the coordination of the Systems of Care (SOC) governance councils in AllCare Health’s service areas, maintenance of policy and procedures to ensure compliance with current OAR’s and contractual obligations, within the Behavioral Health Department by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties

  • Advises on agency processes and procedures to ensure they align with the needs of children, youth, young adults and their families.
  • Second operations coordinator
  • Coordinates and engages all levels of the SOC to address local system issues and barriers.
  • Solicits feedback from stakeholders, families, and members on System of Care needs.

Education & Experience

Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations

This position does not require any certificates, licenses, or registrations.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Computer Skills

Job requires specialized computer skills. Must be adept at using various applications including database, spreadsheet, report writing, project management, graphics, word processing, presentation creation/editing, communicate by e-mail and use scheduling software.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and work with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
