Bilingual Customer Service Representative Job at Americor
As a Credit9 Customer Service Representative, you are the initial point of contact for clients who now have reached the next phase of their program (the line of credit). You must have an excellent understanding of the journey the client takes before entering into a loan with the ability to clearly explain the process/terms in detail.
Responsibilities:
- Educate our clients on the company’s products and programs
- Ensure that customer inquiries are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly
- Manage escalated client calls with courtesy and professionalism
- Respond to email correspondence quickly and competently
- Utilize outstanding typing skills to enter detailed notes into our system
- Request required documents from the clients based off their current employee status to be used for underwriting purposes
- Work closely with Processors and Loan Payment departments regarding loan accounts
- Review and send Final Loan documents to clients
- Work closely with the Processing Manager for better performance outcomes
Requirements:
- 1+ year of Customer Service and/or Call Center experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) required
- Passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals
- Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with computers programs such as MS Office and Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when customers are stressed or upset
- Pleasant, friendly, and a team player attitude with an ability to adapt to change
- Fantastic problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box to get the job done
- Self-motivated desire to succeed with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
