Building Maintenance Supervisor Job at Maine Real Estate Management LLC
Monday-Friday 7 am - 12 pm
25 Hours/week
$20-$25/hr Based on experience
Duties will include preventive maintenance tasks as needed including painting, landscaping, light snow removal, equipment maintenance, work orders as assigned, trash removal, moving furniture, carpet cleaning, and other housekeeping as needed, replacing ceiling tiles, etc. Should be familiar with using hand tools and some power tools. Will also be responsible for coordinating work done by outside vendors such as electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, etc.
Must have the ability to remain polite in work situations and interactions with staff and clients
Must have the ability to interpret written and oral instructions.
Must have the ability to read English language, manuals, road maps, accurate discern warning signs and address numbers.
Must be able to accurately measure and cut building materials
Must have the ability to communicate in English with co-workers, clients, contractors, and others.
Must be able to work in all weather environments
Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
