We are currently seeking a Bulk Plant Manager for our Bulk Plant Operations for New England.
This role is responsible to maintain all Bulk Plant assets to ensure we receive the best value and efficiency possible
Bulk Plant Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
- Maintain daily inventory levels
- Ensure preventative maintenance completed as required
- Support bulk plant operators
- Manage within or under plan for annual budget
- Maintain high level of bulk plant reliability
- Follow procedures on all Subcontractors, work with Supply Management to approve vendor, attain requisition approval, and approval prior to work being accomplished.
- Follow all Bulk Plant and Company Procedures and Policies.
- Support the business line KPIs
- Maintain a safe working
- Support field operations
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Ensures alignment of team and individual goals, focusing on change and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve business objectives
- Develop a Safety culture within the team and celebrate success and encourage high level of engagement.
- Provides clear direction by establishing and regularly communicating performance expectations and results with the team, and takes appropriate actions to address issues as and when they arise
- Holds individuals accountable for their commitments, job performance and behaviors by regularly providing timely, specific and constructive feedback
- Makes things happen, will take considered risks to achieve objectives
- Conveys a sense of urgency and moves issues to closure through effective planning and prioritizing of activities
- Demonstrates an ability to make difficult decisions to support strategy
- Celebrates successes and acknowledges disappointments in such a way that they motivate an even higher level of commitment and performance
- Responsible for development and management of assigned territory budget, targets and resource allocation decisions
- Openly confronts issues, does not rationalize shortfalls, is accountable
- Knowledgeable in current and potential practices and trends in the industry to develop strategies to increase profitability
- Builds trust and support through active networking with other departments to leverage product and service development

- Consistently builds knowledge of customer and market issues for assigned region and identifies potential threats and opportunities.
Education/Background:Post-secondary education in business and/or equivalent experience. Business acumen. Well-developed analytical skills.Experience:3-5 years industry related experience and/or related asset management experience. Requires analytical capabilities and extreme attention to accuracy. Ability to work in a time sensitive and fast paced environment. Highly accountable for the success of business objectives. Must be responsive to other’s needs. Fast-paced environment that needs quick decision making and multitasking capabilities. High sense of urgency a necessity. Ability to work effectively with various teams is essential.
