WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Business Analyst, you will help support CPI’s QAD 2016 EE ERP solution. You will join an intimate group that provides daily support to users in a manufacturing environment. You will also collaborate to find solutions to enhance the user experience in QAD and its associated system.

The Business Analyst will have a direct impact on our IT group, responsible for:

  • Clearly defining and mapping out business requirements, processes and technical needs
  • Working in a team environment to co-create value with the business. Including project delivery, system enhancements and solving technical issues.
  • Ensuring that deliverables meet or exceed functional, technical, and performance requirements
  • Following and enhancing the established design, development, source code management, and deployment processes

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You will bring 5 + years enterprise IT experience with well demonstrated success in Enterprise Resource Planning.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or computer related discipline, engineering or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with employees at all levels and across different functions/organizations.
  • Understanding of Relational Database Management, preferably Progress, and the Linux Operating System
  • Thorough understanding of SDLC processes and working experience in requirement analysis, functional specification preparation, development, testing and user training
  • Experience delivering ERP services to a global company
  • Must be self-driven and assertive in moving projects forward
