POSITION SUMMARY
Our Specialty Division focuses on large-scale Condo assignments. This position would offer the opportunity to provide estimates, work with vendors and implement projects throughout the Midwest. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and interpreting blueprints provided by customers providing detailed take off specifications
- Designing and layout cabinet using Wellbourn
- Formulating estimates based on the many factors related to the scope of the project, vendor requirements and jobsite requirements
- Communication with our contractors, our customers and our vendors with estimate updates, project implementation, installation management, project follow through, planning and closing out of the project
- Provide product knowledge and expertise when it comes to the materials we are quoting
- Computer order entry of orders received via e-mail, US Mail, fax or phone
- Overall working alongside the Lumbermen’s team to provide the complete experience to our customers

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma required – Bachelor’s degree beneficial
- Blueprint knowledge/training
- Working knowledge of 20/20 design program
- Prior cabinetry program knowledge and experience is preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to read blueprints received from customers
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to interpret specification sheets from architects and designers
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Natural detail orientation
- Solid understanding of importance of accuracy and precision in work
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
