Call Center Representative Job at Dynamics Payments, LLC
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls on time
- Identify customers’ needs and wants
- Follow up with customers on requests
- Research every issue and provide solutions to them
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way (CRM - we use Salesforce)
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Follow our customer engagement strategy
Full training will be provided

Salary: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
