Call Center Sales & Service Representative Job at Emery HR
We have an exciting opportunity for a call center customer service rep with inside sales experience. This opportunity is with a growing Auto Parts Retail company.
The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. This position would be located in Royal Oak, MI
Responsibilities
· Answer inbound phone calls from commercial customers.
· Help commercial customers identify what parts they need.
· Help in online messaging to retail customers
· Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
Qualifications
· High School Diploma
· At least 1 - 3 years of sales experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Hours: 8:30am to 5: 30pm Monday-Friday, occasionally Saturdays
Work Location: Onsite at Royal Oak Location

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
