You'll Get To....

• Serve as a link between Catholic Charities Fort Worth and the refugee communities to increase awareness of program services.
• Advocate for clients at service providers or agencies and in the community.
• Support Refugee Cash Assistance Program (RCA) Case Managers by providing services related to cash assistance.
• Providing transportation to the clients from and to job interview, initial work day to job site and back.
• Providing interpretation/translation and transportation for clients, as needed.

Are you the next Case Worker?

• High school diploma and one year experience in similar position OR a combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual skills in a common client language are preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation, a current Texas driver’s license, and evidence of auto liability insurance.
• Must be willing to transport clients in personal vehicle.
• Eagerness to help clients towards self-sufficiency.
• Strategic thinker who can align behind a compelling mission and set of goals.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-Time position with an hourly range up to $20.00-$22.00/hour, based on skills and experience.
