Cashier and Customer Service Job at Lakeside Brooklyn
The LeFrak Center is Brooklyn’s activity destination featuring year-round activities including ice skating, roller skating, dining, water play, biking, boating, family-friendly classes and special events.
Scope of Work:
Lakeside Brooklyn is looking for hard-working, customer service oriented applicants for multiple cashier and counter attendant positions at The LeFrak Center in Prospect Park.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Daily opening meeting with MOD prior to your shift to discuss all daily programming, specials, and events.
- Receive and confirm the opening bank from the MOD (cashiers).
- Follow all company transaction policies and procedures.
- Maintain a consistent and accurate accounting of all daily transactions.
- Perform closing procedure with MOD. Inform MOD of all issues that have arisen during your shift.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Proactively solve any guest issue that might arise to our guests’ satisfaction.
- Detailed knowledge of all activities, events, promotions etc.

- Works with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
