CA Lawton in De Pere is looking for Casting Prep Operator, with new starting pay, and increased shift differentials!

What are the hours and pay?
- 1st shift 4:00 AM - 2:30PM Monday – Friday (plus overtime as needed)
- Regular Pay $19.00 / hour with $0.50 increase after 90 days with satisfactory performance
- Overtime at $28.50 +/ hour
What is the job?
- Producing quality parts and products that are critical to industries such as mining, marine, HVAC, and oil & gas
- Use mallet and gauge to test casting hardness
- Apply rust preventative when required
- Attach labels to each casting and match cast number with label
- Record data related to casting numbers and shipment dates in computer system
- Picking up castings, palletizing, banding with forklift
- Touch up grinding
- Load and unload trucks
