Our managers wear many hats. They are imperative to our centers operational success and interact with our clients as a weight loss professional helping our members to achieve personal success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES For Location Manager
As a Center Manager you will be responsible for driving business performance, delivering client service and ensuring the center is operating according company standards.
Coach and Manage Employees: Coach and manage employees on delivering the Company’s service model. Assist with daily activities including outbound client outreach, food room stocking, and daily in-store operations.
Revenue and Profit: Grow the business by acquiring new clients, retaining current clients, and delivering the Jenny Craig program. Grow profits by managing payroll, managing inventory, and ensuring proper hours of operation with employee scheduling.
Role Model: Be a role model to clients and employees by living the Jenny Craig principles. Lead by example by displaying a willingness to assist with any task and encourage a cooperative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES for Weight Loss Coach .
Deliver Service to Clients: Utilize the Jenny Craig Service Model to connect with clients and understand their goals and challenges, identify and keep them focused on their motivation, provide weekly plans, build their confidence, and gain their commitment. Be their champion!
Client Accountability: Keep clients on the Jenny Craig Program by holding them accountable to their menu plan and attending their coaching session every seven days.
Center Accountability: Complete care calls and confirmation calls to stay connected with clients throughout the week. When clients fall off the Jenny Craig Program, get them back on Program by making outbound calls.
Center Operations: Complete daily center operations tasks including food room stocking, general cleaning of the center and client invoicing and checkout.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Sales experience
- Management Experience
- Customer Service Extraordinaire
- Ability to develop positive, collaborative, and professional relationships
- Strong listening, partnering, and motivational skills
- Organizational and multitasking ability
- Basic computer skill
- Ability to have fun
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, split shifts, Saturdays, and/or holidays; center hours vary between 8 am-7pm
The position is part time. After 90/120 day probation period the new hire may be eligible for full time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
