Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Job at YOUNG AT HEART HOSPICE
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable individual to work in a Home Health setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients with a variety of illnesses and conditions, a positive attitude and acute attention to detail. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to effectively juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that patients meet professional home health care standards.
- Interview patients and their families to assess and evaluate the patient's needs.
- Implement appropriate therapies and treatments under doctor's supervision.
- Review and evaluate medications to ensure compliance with doctor's orders.
- Communicate with medical and nursing staff on a daily basis.
- Possess a valid Ohio license for home health aide or be currently enrolled in training program for license.
- Be a positive role model for all staff members.
Job Types: Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
