CHC LCSW/LPC Job at Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers
Primary Purpose Of The Position:
Writes, monitors and coordinates behavioral health treatment plans. Provides psychotherapeutic services in the form of individual, family and/or group interventions independently and/or in collaboration with psychiatrist. Serves as a consultant and/or source of immediate referral for behavioral health issues in primary care settings.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university;
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret human service periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations;
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public;
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
- Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
