Location
Back on Track Veterinary Rehab Center is located in Portland, Oregon. Portland is a vibrant and scenic city in the
USA’s Pacific Northwest. The largest city in the state, it’s famed for its huge expanses of green space, from parks and forests to breathtaking mountaintops. You’ll be drawn to Portland if you love the great outdoors, but that’s not all there is to love about this place. Practice Overview
At Back on Track Veterinary Rehab Center, we are passionate about providing our patients with “wholistic” mobility care by providing the tools and awareness to enhance life for pets and their owners. We are committed to ensuring our patients have a better quality of life and more enjoyment of the physical activities that keeps them healthy. What You’ll Be Working On
● Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
● Help direct and maintains flow of patient movement and care throughout clinic
● Oversees scheduling, client communications, and in-clinic check-ins/check-outs
● Maintain accurate and current medical records by connecting with other clinics
● Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care
● Provides support for technicians and veterinarians
● Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork
● Be up for the wild card! You never know what each day will bring beyond the usual cuddles & cookies!

Qualifications
● Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required
● At least 1 year of experience in customer service role required
● At least 1 year of experience in veterinary practice required
● Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
● Demonstrated commitment to making a difference for people and pets
● Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
● Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives
● Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail

• High school or equivalent (Required)
