POSITION SUMMARY:

**Remote Based Position**

The Clinical Practice Manager is responsible for facilitating the overall efficiency, productivity, and satisfaction of the individual practices of the clinicians assigned to them. Additional goals are patient satisfaction, client integration, and compliance with company standards for chart completion, and regulatorily required practice standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hold weekly meetings with clinicians assigned
• Review practice organization, process, and workflow
• Identify barriers to practice efficiency and productivity
• Identify facility work environment for what is effective and what is not effective
• Ensure compliance with chart completion standards
• Teach and support best practices and clinical competencies
• Integrate clinician availability with TapestryHealth resources
• Oversee productivity and facilitate productivity growth
• Manage clinician outcomes (e.g., hospitalizations, use of consultants, labs, etc.)
• Travel to facilities within assigned local region to provide training to new Clinicians.
• Clinical direct care assignment of up to 10%.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner
• Ability to travel 2x per month (3 days per visit) to facilities within region to support on-site trainings

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Prior management experience preferred
• Prior post-acute skilled nursing facility experience preferred
• strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
• Demonstrates personal initiative and ownership over work results

Salary and benefits: This is a full-time remote based position. $120,000+. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, 4 weeks of PTO, CME time off, annual CME allowance, 9 company holidays, and malpractice insurance.
