Clinical Supervisor
Location: 4633 Aicholtz Road. Serves Hamilton, Clermont, and Brown County
Degree Required: Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling
Licensure Required: LPCC-S, LISW-S, or IMFT-S - Must be licensed in the state of Ohio
Our Evidence-Based Clinical Supervisor:
You will receive training and become certified in evidenced-based Intensive Home-based individual, parental and family therapy.
The IHB therapy model targets youth between the ages of 11 and 18 who present with antisocial including some criminal offenses and other problem/risky behavior that could result in removal from the home. IHB aims to uncover and assess the functional origins of adolescent behavioral problems, and typically uses a home-based model of service delivery to reduce barriers that keep families from accessing services.
You will support our IHB therapists and have a small caseload; you will work as a team; and provide services at times convenient to the family. The average treatment occurs over approximately 4 to 5 months, with multiple therapist-family contacts occurring each week.
