CMM Operator - Machined Metal/Tight Tolerance
B-Tec Solutions in Croydon, PA: Precision Machining & Stamping Metal Manufacture.
Responsibilities:
· Operate the CMM
Additional Responsibilities could include:
· Review data from CMM reports and as required mechanically inspect features to confirm data.
· Inspect parts to ensure compliance to Purchase Order and engineering drawings/specifications
· Complete First Article Inspection report and final paperwork prior to shipment.
· Communicate with machine operators and other personnel about the Quality of the parts inspected.
· Use precision measuring instruments (ie: micrometer, caliber, indicator, etc.) to complete inspections
Qualifications:
· Previous experience operating a CMM
· Blueprint reading including general understanding of GD&T requirement.
· Ability to use measurement instruments such as micrometers, height gauges, and indicators

Pay: $15.00 - $33.00 per hour
