Responsibilities:

• Has 3+ years of experience working with CNC machines - Brenton CNC experience preferred
• Skilled and comfortable conducting digital templating with little to no supervision
• Develops a comprehensive knowledge of Company stone products and procedures through on-the-job training
• Obtain and sustain comprehensive knowledge of the Company’s fabrication and manufacturing processes and machinery
• Learns how to operate the Company's ERP system to perform administrative and scheduling functions
• Develops understanding of the production scheduling process and client project needs
• Develops working knowledge of continuous improvement, efficiency standards, and OSHA safety standards
• Participate in and lead Production team meetings, collaborate and communicate with leadership and other key departments regarding project status updates, foreseeable and current production concerns, and other pertinent information
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, adapt and remain flexible in a fluid work environment
• 3-5 years of manufacturing/custom shop/fabrication work experience or in a related field required
• 3-5 years of management, manufacturing and scheduling experience required
• Lean Manufacturing experience a plus
• Stone/Granite/Countertop experience required
• Solid supervisory, management and people skills
• ERP knowledge preferred
• Excellent prioritizing, time management, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
• Ability to communicate effectively with exceptional professional etiquette, strong critical thinking, and negotiation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Experience:

• 3 years Industry experience required
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Open to learning new skills and being cross trained in different areas of shop work
• A positive attitude with a dedication to high quality work and craftsmanship
• Ability to meet strict deadlines with limited supervision
