We are looking for a Coffee Tech who will work alongside our Carwash team serving a variety of hot and cold beverages.

Quality, efficiency, and customer service are extremely important. You will ensure that the lobby and coffee area are always clean and sanitary, that all products are stocked, and ensure that anyone who comes into the coffee area is following all food safety procedures. This is a very fast paced environment, and you must be able to remain calm and efficient under all circumstances. We are looking for a team player who will assist the Management team with delivery of an outstanding coffee and customer service experience at our new Liberty, Missouri location. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Follow food safety procedures.
• Obtain a food handler and SERV safe certifications.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized environment including kitchen work areas and coffee equipment.
• Responsible for daily operational practices of running the coffee facility.
• Perform shift duties as assigned including opening and closing duties.
• Greet customers; prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (coffee); correctly customize orders as requested and in accordance with McBee’s Coffee N Carwash standards.
• Understand McBee’s Coffee N Carwash pricing, coffee menu, wash package details, and membership information. Able to communicate information to customers effectively.
• Maintain, clean, and sanitize service and seating areas.
• Stock supplies or products as needed; may inventory, order, or receive products as directed.
• Serve customers efficiently and quickly while maintaining a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow cleaning and general routine maintenance of car wash tunnel and equipment and property.
• Assist customers with carwash menu options and payments.
• Assist customers with orders, membership enrollments, and payments.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to follow all safety procedures for food handling and carwash.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, managers, and peers.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
• Move safely over uneven, wet terrain or in confined spaces; able to work inside or outside and in all weather conditions.
• Must be available to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous food industry or coffee experience preferred.
• Must successfully complete training in food preparation and food service skills.
• Experience in or desire to train others in food safety is a plus.

Salary

• $14.00/hour DOE
