COMMERCIAL LINES CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time Commercial Lines Client Service Representative for our Valparaiso location. The position works closely with our agents and other team members to provide exceptional customer service our clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing client policy change requests
• Verifying phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each client
• Explaining insurance coverage and updating policies

Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.
