The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for working, training, and developing our commercial flooring teams in the Greater New York area. (Clifton, NJ, Port Chester, NY, and Brooklyn, NY). Responsible for contacting customers beforehand, collecting payments, filling out related paperwork, and coordinating with sales representatives. A successful candidate will possess leadership skills, management experience, and deep industry knowledge.

You will work closely with our Commercial Sales Representatives, Sales Coordinators, Commercial Teams, and local management. Time management skills, flexible work schedule, and communication skills are essential. Required to uphold Quality and Customer Satisfaction as well as Stanley Steemer’s policies, procedures, and safety standards.

$25 - $30/hour. Wages negotiable and based on experience.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Flexible for day or night shift
• Experience cleaning VCT, natural stone, tile, grout, upholstery, water damage or similar required
• Training and development experience
• Experience in Janitorial or related
• Working knowledge of commercial specialty service
• Act as dispatcher as needed
• Rotate on-call duties with management and respond to emergency work
• Drive company vehicles
• Field Management and Customer Service experience desired
• Valid US Drivers license
• Ability to move and/or lift avg. 50lbs.
