Job Description:
The Commercial Sales Assistant provides ongoing customer service and documentation support as the Commercial Relationship Manager Team liaison on assigned accounts.
Expectations:
- Provides professional and efficient service to internal and external customers.
- Prepares loan documentation and ensures accuracy with loan approvals and bank loan policy.
- Responsible for complex payments, advances, pay-downs, wires and lines of credit adjustments.
- Works closely with Commercial Relationship Managers on early delinquency resolutions.
- Resolution and clearance of exception reporting items.
- Serves as a resource to Commercial Relationship Managers
- Develops and offer recommendations of policies, procedures and processes.
- Works closely with closing agents to ensure proper lien perfection and loans are closed in an efficient manner.
- Supports and assists Commercial Relationship Managers with reporting, loan activities, delinquencies, correspondence preparation and tracking loan information.
- Supports and assists Commercial Relationship Managers with sales/cross-sales of products and services to deepen relationships with customers.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent experience. 3 -5 years related experience with strong PC skill, knowledge of Commercial systems and processes.

Preferred Skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial lending products, credit policy, loan documentation and administration requirements, including legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial rate changes, billing processes, understanding transaction histories, explaining fees and interpreting technical details of loan systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of Laser Pro Lending or other commercial document preparation systems.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, including ability to review large amounts of detailed documents for accuracy.
