Compensation Analyst Job at Ingenovis Health
Ingenovis Health is seeking a Compensation Analyst with 2+ years experience and the drive, initiative, and the ability to use analysis and data to shape rewards. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment and is motivated by building out the infrastructure to enable future growth.
Reporting to the Director, Compensation, the Compensation Analyst will support multiple initiatives and efforts as we drive the strategy development, design, implementation, administration, and the governance of compensation programs for Ingenovis Health.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Uses analytical skills and resources to understand market dynamics to compare, report on and make recommendations on compensation programs.

Utilizing MarketPay to benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.

Assist in the creation of an organizational hierarchy of jobs to establish a consistent career architecture across Ingenovis Health.

Continually update salary scales and geographical ranges as Ingenovis Health expands its national footprint.

Plans and communicates preferred methods and best practices for hiring, training, compensating, and evaluating employees.

Provides pay support and advice to HR Business Partners and Management on new hires, promotions, and transfers for positions up through executive level roles.

Reviews existing compensation programs and makes recommendations to improve market alignment to the Director, Compensation and other organizational leaders as appropriate.

Support annual merit and bonus process with the aim of continuous improvement through Workday.

Stays current on industry compensation practices and legal issues, assessing and communicating potential business impact.

Maintains understanding of applicable laws and regulations including FLSA, Equal Pay Act, Sarbanes-Oxley and other applicable and expanding state legislation.

Evaluate new jobs, promotions, and reclassifications and recommend compensation elements for positions, including base and incentive pay, market range, and placement within our global salary band structure.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

2+ years of work specializing in rewards and compensation within a multi business organization.

Experience working in a rapidly expanding, fast-growing organization.

Experience implementing and maintaining compensation planning tools and processes.

Hands-on experience supporting major compensation programs such as annual merit planning and through a compensation module (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.)

Analytical skills with advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and database tools with the ability to export and review data from HRIS systems.

Demonstrated ability to paint a picture with data and make recommendations based on data analysis.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently and lead initiatives as required, demonstrating effective project management skills, with strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of human resources and compensation including knowledge of relevant Federal, State, and local laws/regulations relating to compensation.

Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in a related field, preferred.

Knowledge of sales compensation preferred.

Experience working with MarketPay or other similar analysis tool preferred.

Compensation Range
$68,300.00 - $85,400.00
Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life & disability insurance, 401K w/ employer match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
