ACIA66535 – Compliance Officer – Northeastern IAnWe are working with an innovated, independent Iowa based bank that is around $500 million in assets and located north of Cedar Falls, Iowa. We are seeking a candidate to be part of clean, well-run department with five plus years of general compliance experience. The ideal candidate will have worked with and appreciates community banking; knowledgeable with policy and procedures both in deposits and lending; and able to maintain effective working relationships with operational personnel, mid-level management, executive officers of the bank and examiners.
