IMPORTANT NOTE: OnsiteIQ offers Project Based work. This means you are assigned a project(s) in your market as they come available. Therefore, projects range from a few hours a month all the way to a full time capacity. As far as what your market currently offers, you will be able to learn this during your interview.

OnsiteIQ is looking for Capture Specialists to partner with as independent contractors. This position is teachable and growing every day! You get the opportunity to be taught to work with a high tech 360-degree camera to capture images of active construction sites on a regular cadence. These images are then compiled using Artificial Intelligence to create a Google Street View style walk through of the site. This is then used directly by the owners and developers of these projects!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Complete all onboarding materials, certifications, and downloads of required software
• Partner with your Field Operations Manager and Hardware Specialist to use/maintain the provided 360-degree camera and software to capture 100% of the interior and/or exterior of construction sites as requested by OnSiteIQ
• Initiate data transfer at the end of each day of data collection

Requirements

• PPE for an active construction site (hard hat, vest, glasses, boots, etc.)
• Laptop or computer for at home upload
• OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 40 in NY) *required by the end of the first 30 days
