JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Manager will work with leaders across the organization to facilitate the development, execution, tracking, and communication of its de novo growth strategy. Reporting to the Vice President Real Estate, the Project Manager is highly collaborative, skilled at communications, possesses strong influence skills, highly organized, driven, and detailed oriented. Please note that only candidates with prior experience leading a high-growth, de novo strategy in the healthcare, retail, or restaurant industry will be considered for this position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and manage all aspects of de novo project from inception, planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, communications, resources management, budget, change control, and risk/issues tracking
- Develop, track, and report on project related success criteria results, milestones, metrics, KPI's
- Work collaboratively with company leaders and cross-functional teams
- Establish and continually manage project expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members [internal and external] and business stakeholders
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions at all levels of the organization
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations to various audiences, including project team and key stakeholders
- Develop trusted subject matter expert relationship with company leaders and other stakeholders.
- Ability to perform multiple concurrent tasks
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience leading a high-growth, de novo strategy in the healthcare, retail, or restaurant industry with a proven track record of success
- PMP Certification required, Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred
- Proficient in analyzing reports and producing exceptional financial results
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (SmartSheet)
- Excellent organization, time management, and multi-tasking abilities to meet assigned deadlines
- Communicate effectively, both written and orally, with all levels of the organization
